A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or pre-order items may take longer.

business day) shipping within the U.S.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the

carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my hair extensions?

A: For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges

on hair extensions, wigs, or opened hair care products.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will

send a replacement or issue store credit once approved.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t shipped yet. After processing

begins, cancellations are not available.Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Refunds are only issued if we cannot fulfill your order or if a product is defective and cannot

be replaced. If approved , Refunds take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
