Processing Time
• All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather delays, or carrier
issues outside our control.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping
• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected
shipping speed.
International Shipping
• At this time, we do offer international shipping.
• If available, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or
fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Address Policy
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
• 8xtensions Hair Co. is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Once an order has been shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, 8xtensions
Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos,
and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
