At 8xtensions Hair Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair extensions and beauty products, we have strict return and exchange guidelines to protect the health and safety of all customers.
● For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products once they leave our facility.
● Please be sure of your selection before completing your purchase.
● If your order arrives damaged, tampered with , or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

○ Photos of the product and packaging
● Once approved, we will send a replacement of your order
● Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
● Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer available.

● The product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of receipt.
● Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot fulfill your order or if a product is deemed defective and cannot be replaced.
