At 8xtensions Hair Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair extensions and beauty products, we have strict return and exchange guidelines to protect the health and safety of all customers.


 

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products once they leave our facility.
Please be sure of your selection before completing your purchase.

 

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with , or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, email us at [Insert Business Email] with:
Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will send a replacement of your order

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer available.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only permitted if you received the wrong item due to our error.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot fulfill your order or if a product is deemed defective and cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

 

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Hair extensions, wigs, and any opened or used hair care products.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
